As Sir taught in yogini, Mercury applies its energy in 3H to it. So, if Libra is in 3rd from Mercury, by doing calculations from Venus degree, I understood we can calculate the day on which libra will give its result.
But does Venus Mercury needs to be conjucted for this, or will Libra still give results if Venus does not have any connection with Mercury and is sitting anywhere in chart?
2nd question related to this:- If Mars is sitting with Libra, so Will mars give result of 3H or will Mars give result of House which ever Mars is ruling in chart?
