Many times we come across clients in Prashna consultation whether they are asking regarding a particular event whether it will happen fruitfully or not, while some rely on Prashna the others also use natal birth chart to apply transit so there are multiple methods to work this upon.

So, how do we even figure out whether a particular event which you have in your mind will manifest or not.
Manifestation is always seen from Aries and Gemini because Aries is where things generate while Gemini is where it initiates.
Outcome of Manifestation – 11th House or 11th Lord (which ever planet is powerful placed) so if 11th lord in 8th – OUTCOME is not good that is why when you read Jatak Parijat’s shlok, just after 3rd house, 11th is written followed by 6th then the remaining houses are covered.

Why would he write a shlok in that way?

Also, what’s the difference here is that in Aries – that thing already exists in our universe (or Zodiac) while in Gemini shows when it will come into our life in fullest way.

You can use dasa to time and see where Gemini is placed in the chart.
Also, the nature of query and whether it is in sync of not is seen in 3rd from Mercury or Moon (whichever is stronger).

Even Jatak Parijat says that – (Volume 1 – Shlok 55)

Eminent professors of Astrology say that the 3rd, 11th, 6th and the 10th house are Upachaya (growth houses). The remaining house, i.e the 9th, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 12th and the 1st houses if occupied or aspected by their several lords, or by Budha, Sukra or Guru, but unoccupied and unaspected by the rest, produce auspicious effects in respect of birth, or to a person making a query.

In D1, Jupiter is placed in Pisces in 3rd house being 12th lord. Mercury is power because even though it is debiliated by as per Jaimini Sutram (Upadesh) – Dual signs are more powerful than moveable and fixed being not so at all.

Also, dispositor is well placed. Jupiter goes in 10th navansh.

3rd from Mercury – SATURN + VENUS are well placed helping form Raj Yoga.

11th lord is aspecting it from 5th house as well as 6th lord is aspecting it back.

Moon – Rahu is placed in 4th where Moon is Digbali so the goal is clear.

Also, 8th lord of overseas travel, Sun is placed in Lagna so looking at all these combinations it becomes clear she will get the PR.
