Just as Deepanshu Sir explained in the Yogini Dasha course, if a native’s Navamsha chart is weak, we can still improve it using the D10 chart. As we know, every divisional chart represents a particular planet. Similarly, the Navamsha chart represents Venus, the Dashamsha chart represents Saturn, and the D3 chart represents Mercury. This is why our sages prioritized karma because, through karma alone, we can control the entire chart.
Alternatively, in the Rashi chart, wherever Saturn is placed, we can control the entire chart from that house. This means that by performing actions related to that house, everything can be controlled. However, Saturn represents effort and karma, but this is only possible if the native’s body, which is ruled by Mars, is strong or if the first house is strong. 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚-𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧.Just as Saturn controls karma, Mars controls the body because Mars is the significator of the ascendant. This is why Mars gives good results in the 3rd house by strengthening the ascendant. By doing so, one can improve their health and activate their subconscious mind. The 3rd house plays a very important role in this because, for every ascendant, it functions differently due to different signs falling in the 3rd house.
For example, have you ever wondered why Aries ascendants usually have a shorter height? It is because their 3rd house falls in Gemini, and Gemini’s ruler, Mercury, signifies incomplete or scattered things. The 3rd house also determines our breathing patterns, which is why Aries ascendants tend to breathe hastily and take multiple short breaths at once. Improper breathing leads to oxygen deficiency in the body, which affects overall development.
Similarly, Scorpio ascendants tend to have a shorter height because their 3rd house falls in Capricorn, which is ruled by Saturn. Saturn represents dirt, delays, and slowness. Due to Saturn ruling their 3rd house, Scorpio ascendants breathe slowly, leading to insufficient oxygen intake, which impacts growth.
On the other hand, if we look at Gemini ascendants, their 3rd house falls in Leo. As a result, they can breathe properly, and their body appears more proportionate. This shows how different ascendants have different breathing patterns, which ultimately influence body structure. This is why ancient Ayurvedic texts and sages emphasized maintaining gut health. In astrology, the 3rd house governs the mind and breathing, but when we count three houses from the 3rd house, we reach the 5th house. The 5th house represents the subconscious mind, meaning that thoughts originate in the 5th house. This is why the 5th house is considered the house of learning—better learning leads to better thoughts, and better oxygen intake leads to a healthier mind.
In Ayurveda, all medicines first cleanse the stomach so that during breathing, proper oxygen reaches the gut bacteria. This is why the early morning time,𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟑:𝟒𝟎 𝐀𝐌 𝐭𝐨 𝟒:𝟐𝟎 𝐀𝐌, 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐡𝐦𝐚 𝐌𝐮𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐚, 𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐳𝐞𝐫𝐨 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐱𝐲𝐠𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞.Just as there are two energy sources—the Sun and the Moon—similarly, there are two breathing sources: the Surya Nadi and the Chandra Nadi. When we practice proper breathing techniques, we allow oxygen to flow through these channels efficiently. This is why Surya Namaskar consists of 12 different poses, connecting with the 12 zodiac signs. Through these postures and breathing exercises, one can improve their health and subconscious mind.
Now, your task is to find 12 different Surya Asanas corresponding to the 12 zodiac signs. After that, I will present the second part of this article to you.17 Comments-
