Decoding Chart of a Saint who preached in Foreign Land

Saints are beyond cycle of birth and death but they come to liberate souls on this planet and help people to make their life better. One among them is A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami.

The Lagna rising with Capricorn and its lord Saturn exalts in the 10th house of karma at 21 degrees. This shows strong connection between the lagna and 10th house, the person is bound to perform something extraordinary karma but with lot of hard work as Rashi is of Saturn. Imagine someone travelling in cargo ship at age of 70 to unknown land.

The 10th lord goes 12th from itself shows some sets back in professional life, the native was into pharmaceutical business. Venus being the 10th lord in the sign of virgo along with mercury lord of 6th and 9th house shows something related to medicine or service-related profession with certain challenges. The 9th house has an exalted and debilitated sign, till the time, focus was on business struggle was there but as soon as the dasha of 9th lord came, Mercury something new related to higher principles/ teaching was initiated but with challenges as Mercury is the 6th lord as well.

During the dasha of Mercury native took major steps to promote and practice spiritual life a leaving his family life and moved to Vrindavan focusing on only on writing spiritual literature and translating scriptures into English. His books are the basis of his institution. Prominence of Mercury via writing, translation, travelling and speech is quite visible here. As Deepanshu Sir say dasha is most important we can see how does one life’s changes during the different dasha.

In 1965, Embarked on challenging journey to preach alone in foreign land during MD of Mercury and AD of Rahu and within a year in 1966 an international society for Krishna Consciousness (Iskcon) was formed among small group of young foreigners signifying the role of Rahu. Mercury and Rahu are in 6-8 to each other. Rahu placed in 2nd house of speech, he used his speech lectures to preach to the young foreign people and these foreigners were like resources to him. Till AD Rahu, he was successful in New York and US only.

But his institution flourished all over the world during Ketu Mahadasha, Ketu is placed in 8th house in the sign of Leo with Sun and Jupiter. This gave him more success and glory; he travelled all over the world and many more temples were opened but his health was affected and left the world in November 1977 in Vrindavan.
