Analysing chart of the Mayor who was elected thrice. Can you guess which planet gave such immense success?

This is an interesting chart of the First Black Mayor of Atlanta who was elected thrice consecutively.

The lagna rises with Sagittarius and Jupiter goes to the second house in Saturn’s Capricorn Rashi and exchanges with Saturn rashiwise in 4th house.

Jupiter Saturn combination is prominent here along with strong yoga for wealth as lagna and 2nd house gets connected. Now desire of lagna will be to do something for the masses. Moon is also placed in lagna which is the 8th lord.

The Degree of lagna and Jupiter are almost same showing strong principles-based personality. Jupiter’s dispositor Saturn goes to 4th house in Pisces and sits with Mercury, Sun and Venus. Almost all the planets get positively connected in the chart forming strong chart.

One can be born with good chart but will he get the result in this life? It depends completely on planets of Dasha of D10.
As per the chart, Dasha of the planet which can give him success can be Jupiter and Mercury as per both D1 and D 10. But both the planets are in debilitation in D1. Their Dasha could also have given profession but with challenges. But not immense success.

Rashi chart is most important as other divisional charts are dependent on it. Now which planet can give him success. Planets in the lagna and 10th lord of D10 are most important and can give success if not afflicted. Can it be Moon in this case? As it is placed in lagna. We need to check it in D 10 as well. Moon is placed in own house again in Sagittarius in D 10 aspecting the lagna and 10th lord.

The Native, Maynard Jackson was a lawyer and had served as Mayor of Atlanta thrice during the Dasha of Moon.
In 1968, he had tried for U.S Senate but lost in that year. Dasha was of Sun which is the 9th lord in D1 but went 8th from itself in Pisces and in D 10 also it was Aquarius in 6th house with Ketu and is the 12th lord as well.

As soon as the dasha of Moon started in 1970. He was elected as Vice Mayor of Atlanta and served for 4 years. Moon is in Sagittarius in 4th house and is 11th lord of gains. He was elected to the city leadership position in 16 October 1973, First Black Mayor and served for 4 years. Dasha was of Moon/ Jupiter.

In October 1979 again, He was re-elected for second term. Dasha was of Moon/Venus. Venus is in good position in both the D1 and D10 chart.

Dasha of Rahu started in 1987. Dasha of Rahu and Antardasha of Jupiter he was again re-elected as Mayor for the third term 1990-1994. Rahu is placed in 12th house of losses, expenses or hospitals. Even though he was elected but couldn’t continue to serve due to health issues as Dasha running was of 12th house .
