For the past six years, I’ve been employed as a Manager (civil engineer) at the same location in a government railway PSU. Presently, I am more involved in the arbitration of old contractual/execution-related disputes rather than the actual execution. Because of these, I am constantly anxious and unable to focus on anything else. Even after trying I am unable to read a single page of a book or article with adequate focus.
