I wanted to thank you for reading my query.
My name is Vandan Saiya, my date of birth is 16/07/1993 time 9:22 am.
I work as software developer after 10 years of expeirence I still feel I cannot do this role any more.
I wanted to know will my career be on track as from few years.
I have seen politics played against me which results into job loss.
I got laid off in August 2024 then I got oppourtuinty 4 months from
it which is a remote one but layoffs started here too.
I am quite in pain and stress I really dont know why i have hard time
In my role.
Should i change my career as i dont feel i can pull off in this role and what should i choose ?
