Hello sir, I am dealing with an autoimmune disease ( crohn’s disease) for past eight years. I am crying each and everyday because of it. I have no support from anyone neither any financial help. Dob 8 june 1994.

I am very grateful to you for this act of kindness. Could you please tell me how is it taken, I mean with something we have to take or empty stomach or how many times we have to take because the problem is with the intestine and I am already on a restricted diet.

She should take it on an empty stomach, only twice a week, in very small quantities, either with water or milk.

Sir thank you for bearing with my patience..I will take it with water but is it a full glass of water or half or just a gulp of water to swallow it… please sir enlighten me..this small hope can uplift my life 🙏
