Career guidance please:
Here is what I am going through –
1. Stuck in career – IIM grad. Highly qualified. Yet behind in designation.
2. Always doing well in current job and managers are always happy. But not getting opportunities either due to politics or narrative setting by someone who has the senior boss’s ear.
3. I have now been pushed to a role which has 5-10 mins of work per day only. And that is driving me crazy
4. I have been asked to wait for a possible opportunity in the future by my mentors/leaders on my side.
5. Job outside is difficult to find as I am behind in my career so nobody wants to take a chance on me.
6. This is taking a mental toll. Please help with decision – stay or leave the current company?
