Save yourself from accidents by using breath techniques
As we all know how the technology has progressed in past decades. There was a time when vehicles were in a very short quantity, but in current time every 2nd person in the world has its own vehicle. As the vehicles increased also the ratio of the accidents too. According to a survey 1.5 lakhs people die in an accident every year. There are some techniques in swara sadhana through which one can easily save themselves by any kind of road accidents. What you have to do is check your breath while leaving home for a journey. Observe that if it is blowing in the left nostril, then keep the left palm on the left cheek and first keep the left foot outside the door then right then left and so on. After moving five steps like this then make the journey normal. Similarly if breath is blowing in the right nostril then keep the right palm on the right cheek and put the right foot first outside the door then left then right and so on. Walking regular five steps like this then make the journey normal. This process is ought to save one from the accidents and so also makes the journey comfortable and enjoyable with good seats and better company.
