Career Guidance – DOB 2nd November 1974, 8;00 am, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Education – Bachelors in Accounting and Masters in Finance & Investment Management. I have a government job but lot’s issue with upper management and stopping my promotion. Will I get promotion and change the department in 2025?

    Hello, my last two promotions were on 31/08/2019 and 01/12/2022. I was doing my master between 2009-2011 so only working part time. I started my first Government job on 28/03/2016. Currently I am going through lot’s of pressure at work and everyday conflicts with my supervisor. She is blaming me for things where I do not make mistakes. We had huge argument today. I really want to change job.
