Hi, team. I honestly can’t decide on one health issue as I have many from my top to toe. I am only 26 years old now yet I have high bp, frequent pulsing pain in head and skull, I wear glasses with high power, I have sinus and cough issues, so much so that I have trouble speaking becoz of it, I also have frequent chest pains, my liver is damaged and I am extremely obese, I was always a fat kid and no matter what I did never lost much weight, I have skin infections that appear frequently, I have genital issues, I can’t get married becoz of it, I am also a gaseous chamber, sometimes these gases cause me such extreme pain that I have to receive treatment or I can’t even sleep or sit. My ankles and feet have extreme pain as the liquid b/w my bones have dried and even walking is a luxury to me forget about running or any exercises. Lately, my right leg knee has started experiencing pain making any bending of legs an painful experience. Also, I have extreme hairfall making me go bald.
I am also a mental patient as I have clinical depression and used to suffer from anxiety attacks.

I am sure there are few other problems that I am missing because they are minor issues.
