Saturn is one of slowest moving planet and is considered the planet of karma. Saturn represent the Kurma Avatar, the second of Dashavatar of lord Vishnu.

As we know, while churning the ocean (Samudara Manthan) to obtain Amrit, Mount Mandara was used as churning cord and Naga Vasuki as the churning rope but when mountain began to sink due to its heavy weight – Lord Vishnu appeared in the form of Kurma/tortoise to hold mountain on his back supporting the churning process.

This avatar symbolizes bearing the burden to enable transformation. Similarly, during the Dasha or transit of Saturn, one often experiences as sense of burden and pressure, especially when it transits over one’s Lagna, 4th house, 6th house, 8th house and 10th house.

Once you cross over Dasha of Saturn over, it makes you feel much stronger than before as now you are trained to handle the burden either physical or the emotional.

Even after putting efforts, please don’t expect much credit in return as Saturn as rejected by his own father and later, he rejected his father, Sun. In your natal chart, fifth from Sun, you will see Saturn’s quality. You will get trouble and will not be respected there.

Recently, glimpse of Saturn transit to Pisces was noticed in Althan, Surat. The water related issues became a major concern for almost 15 days or more. The water pipeline leaked while digging for the installation of underground cable line and resulted in sewage contaminating the drinking water. This affected several residential areas, leading to health issues like stomach infections due to polluted tap water.

Saturn is Karaka of karam/profession, pain and sorrow its transit in Pisces is seen here clearly. Water vendor’s saw a surge in business, with residents resorting to bottled water (like Bisleri) to avoid further health risks.

As this transit progress, we can expect to see more incident’s related to water elements as planet will make us realize its presence in the sign it is transiting into. Pisces is the last sign in zodiac. Many will turn towards spirituality and mental wellness by being in isolation.
