Sir, I am suffering from severe stomach issues and skin problems since 2020, first in 2022 I was diagnosed with gastric ulcer then recently I have been discussed with hiatal hernia, along with that I am going through seborrheic dermatitis and OCD, I feel lethargic, tired and fatigue almost all the time, lack of concentration in my work,
currently I am going through Saturn Mahadasha and Jupiter Mahadasha. Everything seems tough. Please help. Thank you.🙏
