Sir, since August 2021 i had stomach issues like weak digestive system and acidity. I got proper treatment and doctor said I’m alright and can eat everything. But still i can’t eat properly. Due to that I’ve only 36kg weight. I cannot take longer journey as well only 2-3 hours. My career got stuck and I’m at home since my bad health condition. Please help me out 🙏🏼🙏🏼
