I have a really bad vision it’s -15 in my left I have a condition called keratoconus due to which my cornea has become thin resulting in vision loss . Is my vision going to come back ?

I asked my parents about this and they said they did distribute sweets to everyone in our locality and relatives

How should I keep the fast do I have to keep them in a certain number or I keep as many I want to , i live in girls hostel it’s really hard to strictly follow the guidelines…… Can I just open the fast with a bowl of salad
