Namaskar LA team , which graha causes nails related issues, recently i am observings pits on my nails, what i searched on google it shows deficiency of vitamins and zinc , but why this happening , my were fine before. should i take suppliments ? i dont like artificial ways , if there any ayurvedic remedy then please let me know ?
