Sir i had ques in libra Asc, lagan lord and 8th H lord is same i.e venus which is sitting in 4th H capricorn with moon as in most of video on youtube you said native will leave house and lagesh in 4th house native will in birthplace which is true in both case. In this native will settled in foreign land (away from birth place )or in birth place . Please help
