    Every planet, rashi and house denotes a particular body part in our horoscope. Once we know that some dasha is not favourable for us, we should check how it is affecting our health. And as per medical sciences, protein helps in lowering the high sugar levels in body. So, we should increase protein intake to control the ill effects of Jupiter during its dasha.
    Afflicted Sun in the chart can give lower Vitamin D levels and weaker bones, and over all affect the immunity of the body, Vitamin D supplements or good intake of morning sunlight, keeps our vitamin D and immunity better.
    Ketu takes care of our gut bacteria, that is why it is important to consume the fermented foods as a good source of probiotic foods, the microorganisms which are not visible to eyes but are there to maintain the balance of digestive system is Ketu. Ketu affliction can affect our digestive health. Foods like curd, kanji, kombucha, idli, Khaman are helpful.
    Saturn affliction gives us joint related issues, and for joints we should keep our sodium levels under check. Sodium is the table salt, and excess use of it can affect our joints in later ages of life just like Saturn it shows it’s result slowly and gradually.
    Mercury affliction can give nerves related issues or hormonal imbalance as it rules the 3rd house in our charts.
