Sir health problems especially in Private Parts. I have been ill since birth. And since January 2025, Private Parts issue. That’s why. Once astrologer replied me and gave donation remedy but didn’t tell me which day and how many items should be donated. And for how many days. Please suggest me any Gemstone Ring or Yantra to wear in neck.
