Namaste sir, thanks for creating Graha chikitsha. Definitely it will help a lot of people who are suffering from health related problems. I am very much concerned about my fathers health. He is suffering from Lumbar spinal nerves compression (L4 – L5) from many years, but now it’s getting worse since last year. Now the pain is going to his legs which make him difficult to walk .
His hernia surgery is also pending from long time .
Please suggest us some remedies to get relief, I am sharing his birth details .
