Thank you for your response, maβam. Actually, its the Lagna lord (Virgo ascendant) and yes afflicted in the 3rd house at 0 degrees, hemmed between the Sun in the 2nd house and Mars in the 4th house, with an aspect from Rahu in the 11th house. Additionally, the Moon is in the 7th house, aspected by Mars and Rahu, while retrograde Jupiter and Saturn are in the 8th house.

You are running 12th house dasha .
sun (rashi wise )and mars(house ) are debilitated .you must spent some time with plants , admiring their beauty , or just try to built a small terrece garden ( plants with flowers and some with medicinal benefits like tulsi neem and giloy )
keep good record of your self care routine , for digestion have good quality probiotics .
and as a ritual , the very first thing in the morning you must workout and sweat out.

I know you have already done so much, but if it’s not too much trouble, could you also share your insights on these please?I have two autoimmune disorders:
1. Hidradenitis Suppurativa β In areas of skin-to-skin contact and friction (such as the armpits and groin), painful, pus-filled lumps develop. These lumps often connect to each other under the skin and form pus-filled recurring boils. The condition has been fully active for the past five years, though mild symptoms were present 2β3 years earlier but went unnoticed.
2. Scalp Psoriasis β Present for the past 7β8 years.
Additionally:
I had severe hives in childhood and still experience mild occasionally
I have intestinal weakness and weak digestion.
My throat has been highly sensitive since childhood and get fever easily because of it.Overall, no health, no wealth, no relationships, no career and very troubled education, what should I do…
