Truthfulness is seen from 3H and lord of 3rd house so let us say if it is debilitated in D1 then initially, the person may lie based on circumstances or it may look like a lie but if it gets exalted or better in navansh then either the lie was for good or the person eventually stopped lying.
Similarly, trustworthiness is seen from 9H and lord of 9th so same principle can be applied.
This method is used to understand and gauge whether a person is lying or trustworthy (especially when you are dealing in partnership or signing up for things which works on trust like letting someone handling your money etc); from PRASHNA.

. What to conclude when debilitated by house but exalted by sign in D1? (i.e. for Venus – 6th House, Pisces Sign) or We should only consider signwise exalted / debilitated.-

First comes house, then sign …. Effect will be seen of both combinations , but will vary in intensity, a lot will depend on Jupiter and me too in your case

Namaskar Sir, I’m asking out of context question. This Ekadashi i saw my late father in my dream. Not saying anything but I was surprised in dream ki Papa aap ki to death ho gayi thi aap wapas kaise aa gaye ? He died on Ekadashi in 2021. Sir my family do Pitra paksh tarpan along with hawan by Panditji on the tithi of his death. Does his soul unsatisfied.? Please guide me what should I do to make his soul rest or does he want to convey something?

i have 3rd lord saturn in virgo. and its in 4th house exhaulted in navmash. i am scorpio ascedant in both lagna and navmsh. so this mean the lies i told were benefial or of good sake for me ?
Please everyone, make sure to use this technique after considering all dispositors as this can also be applied in Rasi chart as written in Hora Sara and BV Raman books too and not in isolation but mainly meant for Prashna is what I have seen
