Good Day! From the start of my Guru Dasa, I’m having issues with my new manager and not getting the transfer or promotion that I’m looking due to the same. Please advise on timing of the Transfer & Promotion and the gemstone that could help me to have a good relationship with my Manager and some of my peers.
