I am a beginner trying to understand houses and yantras. I understood that 8th house signifies colon and excretion related.
Me and my 2 flatmates’s major issue is constipation.
In a lecture, I heard sir say that we can color house/houses (with a specific color) to get rid of the problem.

Can someone guide me:
1. Which house should I color after drawing the blank chart ( I believe it will be 8th)
2. What color it should be
3. Which direction to keep/paste this
4. When to draw

Please help me – if possible please explain in detail. I would love to share feedback and work on more such yantras
