I have a serious confusion and need your kind guidance.

If someone has Sagittarius Ascendant, and their Jupiter (the Lagna lord) is placed in the 6th, 8th, or 12th house, does it mean they may face downfall or problems when they do Jupiter-related activities like:

Going to temples
Doing pooja or spiritual practices
Practicing astrology or guiding others

I’m not talking about which sign Jupiter is in — just its house placement (6, 8, or 12) from the Sagittarius ascendant.

Similarly, in Gemini Ascendant, Jupiter rules the 7th and 10th houses and when it goes to the 6th house, people say the person may face losses or struggles if they start astrology, going to temple or spiritual practices.

If this is true, then does it mean for ascendants like:

Gemini
Virgo
Sagittarius
Pisces

Whenever Jupiter goes into their 6th, 8th, or 12th houses, and they do Jupiter-related work, they may face loss, failure, or struggle?

Is this a rule in astrology, or just a myth?
