person with Mesh Lagna (Debilitated shani sitting in lagna) having Mangal (lord of Lagna & 8th house) in 4th house (Debilitated) is having Problem with property. each time any property dealing comes she gets into trouble. now she is running Budha mahadasha sitting in 5th house (3rd & 6th lord) she is getting trouble for her own property. what remedy should be suggested? should crocodile of pancha dhatu installed in her house(10th house makara)? should there be any mangal shanti/puja suggested? or any Mantra(5th & 8th house) suggested to overcome this recurring issue? please help
