DG sir and Lunar Astro team,

Once I am very jolly and happy person but life gives me so much diseases from 2017
I suffer from typhoid , jaundice 2 times in this time , suddenly vertigo hits me and eventually Stomach problems .
Because of my problems I cried many nights but didn’t loose hope I bounce back every time I drop . Whenever I have important task to do my stomach got upset .
I can’t take it anymore , I am so much hope less , I visited many dr’s but I can’t take always drugs !

Please help me out !
