Health query

Thank you for this Graha chikitsha , Kindly help  My query is for my maternal uncle going thru multiple health issues  He lives in australia for last 30- 40 yrs now .  He has been functioning thru a pacemaker for last few years since last yr his right arm side had swollen up the docs did a review of the pacemaker And since then he is on medications to dissolve the swollen  ,He is under  docs monitors regularly for it ,Next review  will be in few months.  Also he had some virus issue since oct 2024  3 times it has attacked him he goes into viral fever issues  . Now he has been confirmed gulocoma  ,Coming week he was supposed to go for lazer treatment to stop it from spreading further but due to extreme weakness It has been postponed .  We as family are v confused as these r multiple health issues he is facing .  Kindly provide some insight on his health and remedy that he can do or any of the family memeber can do on his behalf . 
He is feeling extreme weakness  to do simple work n walk .
He wears a shani yantra  made in gold since many years. birth details
