    Sir,
    Since 2020, my health has taken a turn for downside. I suffered from COVID thrice, even after vaccination, with effect on heart. I donated blood and fainted. Suffered huge financial losses to a person I was about to get married to. I developed pcod and thyroid auto immune disorder. I am constantly struggling with finances as he takes away everything I earn. My health is failing, and antibodies are at an all time high. Please tell me what to do… I don’t know what to do… Please help.
