Since 2017 my health deteriorated , lack of motivation and constant anxiety. Not able to think clearly, weak and confusion in head. I suddenly start getting very dark thoughts and feeling of doom. A weird confusion and emptiness in the head. Taking no initiatives and just sitting feeling anxious .Suffered lower back pain for 4-5 years which turned out to be due to gas stuck in stomach, which I found out last year in June, and also Vitamin B12 deficiency, but the pain is somewhat under control coming up occasionally. My thoughts are very unpredictable and I no longer believe in my self anymore. I kind of hate to be born and given this torture, but I agree the bad karmas are getting back at me.
If you blessed people could give me some remedies It will be a grace.
Hi, was there any change of place happened in 2014? Please take care of your mental health in the coming few years as well. You can take tulsi infused water or water from silver glass/cup and keep visiting Vishnu temple and do chanting. Breathing technique/ Pranayama will also help in mental health. Take care.
