Good Day! From the start of my Guru Dasa, Iβm having issues with my new manager and not getting the transfer or promotion that Iβm looking due to the same. Please advise on timing of the Transfer & Promotion and the gemstone that could help me to have a good relationship with my Manager and some of my peers.

Neha Ji, thank you for confirming. If you left job in 2006 and all your jobs have been irregular, your birth time should be around 3:27am. It cannot be 3:25am. I’m a student so I could be wrong but I think you should go for your own work instead of job. I wouldn’t know what kind of work but maybe you already have something in mind.

Yes, all the jobs before this one was irregular and general instability in career.
Like I had irregular shifts or on contract. -
