I have this combination with Leo ascendant and Venus in 8th house, ketu in 10th. The dissatisfaction sets in quickly when I dont have something challenging to do. I have remedied this by being involved in a lot of initiatives at work.

doing regular tarpan is a good remedy and you can ask family that in last rites of any ancestors was there any issue with the brahmin who came for rituals and take care of prasad at home as this is the combination of prasad being wasted at home
