Doubt regarding meditation

As sir mentioned yesterday that malefic in pieces can cause trouble in meditation.. I need more clarity on what i must do. Jupiter, mars and saturn all are related her.
I meditate for 21 mins and I try different ways. Can someone guide me what must I avoid or how should I continue
