That can be , but most ketu mercury cases have communication issues, not the level of autism but definitely present depending on the level, like stuttering and lisping ;I have even seen tv anchors with Me-KE they are the best communicator but still the remnant effect of this combo can be sometime surfaced during speech

i too have a mercury sun in scorpio it the 4th house being a leo ascendant never in my life have i ever thought to hurt the massses maybe because of jupiter in the 5th house and moon venus in the third (shub kartari)
