Deepanshu sir mentioned that dwadashi tithi is a karmic tithi, and he also mentioned that people born in this tithi will have bad rahu. so does that mean the planet lord of this tithi is Ketu?

10th from Ak sun is ketu in Pisces in D9..ketu is not with any planet and not any charkarak as well in chart ..what can be said about profession ..pisces is sign of jupiter which is BK, no charkarak aspect ketu .plz guide
