I have a really bad vision it’s -15 in my left I have a condition called keratoconus due to which my cornea has become thin resulting in vision loss . Is my vision going to come back ?

I have keratoconus in both eyes which is a eye disease which causes vision loss i recently went through a c3r surgery of my left eye ……… Will i ever regain my vision???

I recently had eye surgery for the left eye
Will the vision in my left eye get better and will there be surgery for the right eye too?
