I am having heavy bleeding during my menstrual cycle. This has been going on for more than 8 years. With hormonal medication it gets regular for a while and then gets heavy after sometime once the medication has been stopped. Kindly advise. My birth details;

I also had pcod earlier, ever since i had soaked fenugreek seed water and the sprouted fenugreek seed its gone my period are regular and no cysts found in ultrasound. May be you can give it a try. I hardly did it for 1 week. Have it on empty stomach
