Kindly tell me what to do to protect my left leg which has been having several types of problems till birth.

Also I fell off a running train slipped from steps of it while trying to get down , fell backwards,around 8 months starting to a pilgrimage, and hurt my left side upper butt (-lower back ) region unable to sit without cushion till today .. plz help for this too

🙏🏽 Sir. My left foot , knees , ligaments and thighs have been having multiple issues , none of them are cleared till now. As per scan everything is fine.
Issues include:
