Great observations!
I have this combination with Leo ascendant and Venus in 8th house, ketu in 10th. The dissatisfaction sets in quickly when I dont have something challenging to do. I have remedied this by being involved in a lot of initiatives at work.

Sir i had ques in libra Asc, lagan lord and 8th H lord is same i.e venus which is sitting in 4th H capricorn with moon as in most of video on youtube as said by deepanshu g sir native will leave house and lagesh in 4th house native will in birthplace which is true in both case. Thank you

this may include ketu chandra in conjunction, as chandra is mind and ketu is dissatisfaction. plus they must be connection to Kanya rashi as it shows very particular in finding faults.
