Namaskar Sir, I’m Ardra ascendant, Moon also in Ardra. Should I start from offering jal to shivling with Rudrashtakam and doing jal sewa in the temple.

From the above example. I’m assuming you hinted to combine navatar chakra from janma nakshatra . So sequence should be sampat,kshema,sadhana,mitra and ati mira.

Oh, Krishna this much deeper than I thought. Performing specific rituals on specific day and going through the whole cycle for all 27 days, their by completing the whole process.
