This guy will be very picky related to marriage and spouse , that’s why delay if no supporting position for planets like mars and venus.This guy lives in a world of its own and not a good communicator. but one thing is constant, ketu in d9 lagna , and disinterest in marriage stuff… more like a free spirit, whether he will marry or not will depend on the sign , its lord , placement of d1 7th lord , darakarka and Venus

That can be , but most ketu mercury cases have communication issues, not the level of autism but definitely present depending on the level, like stuttering and lisping ;I have even seen tv anchors with Me-KE they are the best communicator but still the remnant effect of this combo can be sometime surfaced during speech
