Hello Sir, I have Navel Dislocation Problem since a decade now & bcz of this I don’t feel any energy to do any work. Feel upset stomach, low feeling, headache, menstrual problem etc. Many people suggested me to do yoga, exercise but I do not feel energy even to do so.
