As per BPHS we should wear 8th lord stone if 10th lord in 8th house
For an Aries Ascendant, the 10th lord Saturn is placed in the 8th house with Mars. In the Navamsa (D9), Saturn is in Scorpio (Vargottama), and Mars is in Capricorn Navansh. Which gemstone is more suitable to control the 10th house—Red Coral or Cat’s Eye?” (ketu in libra 7th house with Moon and Mars in 8th with Saturn)

If you want complete transformation than yes, otherwise no for 8th house gemstone. Because transformation not easy, need to leave many things, which is related to 8th house, lord and there connection with other house and planet.

The native has Aries Ascendant, Lagna lord Mars with the 10th lord Saturn placed in the 8th house. The significator (Karaka) for the 10th house is also Saturn. There are no planets in the 10th house. Saturn is in Scorpio Navansh in 5th house of D-9 Chart (Vargottama), while Mars is in Capricorn Navansh 7th house in D-9 chart….can you help me predicting the major Karma or profession of this native…..MD Saturn itself
