Sir, my father doesn’t know his birth details…my father is suffering from hypertension advance stage and had multiple brain stroke..I too am suffering from hypertension..we can’t earn because of our health issues plz help my dob 5 oct 89, lucknow, 5:55 am

On April 4 I had hip joint injury as i slipped from stairs I can’t pick 1kg weight as of now have cervical spondylitis from many years..i m chanting hare krishna mantra these days any remedy which i need to do my dob 5 pct 89, lucknow 5 55 am
