If a planet is in sign of same planet in D1 and D9 then is it considered vargottam…for example sun in gemini in d1 and sun in virgo in d9..both mercurian sign…what is it called and any pros cons..?

Nope , There are two cases of vargottama :- 1) Planet in same sign in D1 & D9; Ex: Sun in gemini in both D1 & D9. 2) Planet in same house in D1 and other divisionsal chart like D9, D10…. Vargottama condition shows that the purpose of that planet is very clear regarding that aspect, no wavering . and for your case , sun going from gemini to virgo ( 4th sign from it ) paperwork disputes during its dasha leading loss of your mental peace, but alot also depends where these signs are falling in both charts as which house energy they are carrying, as it will change the prediction outcome. i hope u get it

What I understand Vergotam means the choice of free will to accapt or reject the challenge or situation. If Planet is in Gemeni in D1 means born with the skill related to that area and in D9 it goes in Vego then it can put native in situation to use that skill in regular work to face rog, rinn, enemies.
May be I am wrong plz verify. Its just a opion as per my understanding
