My father is having swollen legs. He is not keeping well for past couple of years due to old age. Main problems are high blood pressure, heart problems and joint problems. His date of birth is 17 march 1939 . Born in North Goa at 11.40 a.m. kindly suggest some remedies for his good health

I am having heavy bleeding during my menstrual cycle. This has been going on for more than 8 years. With hormonal medication it gets regular for a while and then gets heavy after sometime once the medication has been stopped. Kindly advise. My birth details;

Wear amethyst stone in small finger mounted in silver. You can have carat size according to the problem, but a small/medium one should be good enough.
