Swarn Bhasma, Thrusday fasting, plant bnana tree, visit temple regularly, visit hanuman temple in or near workplace. Ghar ke temple dekhiyega vha bhaut bheed nhi krni h aur especially on every Thursday nd Sunday temple clean kijyega. Deep breathing nd pranayam daily morning mai if possible do it in Bharam muhrat
