soak 1 spoon overnight and drink that water on empty stomach early morning, separate the soaked seeds and let them sprout for few days and saute it and have it as a snack

I also had pcod earlier, ever since i had soaked fenugreek seed water and the sprouted fenugreek seed its gone my period are regular and no cysts found in ultrasound. May be you can give it a try. I hardly did it for 1 week.
